 We
are proud and excited to introduce THE COTTAGE SUITES Suites,
two new accommodations that provide a unique wine country
experience at Seneca Springs Resort. THE COTTAGE SUITES accommodations
epitomize the rustic elegance, secluded romance theme of our
resort, with painted woodwork, pleasant paintings, and lovely
private gardens, in the European wine country tradition.

THE COTTAGE SUITES provide a private setting
where couples with children can book accommodations and not
infringe on couples in other areas who are taking a romantic
break from their parenthood responsibilities.
Both suites are located at the east end of the Upper Lodge,
and each suite includes its own large private garden, with
spectacular lake and western horizon views, hammock,
Adirondack chairs, barbecue, and chaise lounge chairs for
the ideal sunning conditions within each garden area.

 Edgewood,
our first floor Cottage Suite, has its own fully
equipped kitchen, with a generously stocked coffee &
tea bar. The bath features a large Jacuzzi tub, with
separate shower. The bedroom contains a queen bed,
and a comfortable alcove love seat. There is a
beautiful living and dining area, with a convertible
Queen couch for an extra family member or friend.
The south door opens to a private yard, and 12
garden steps take you to your own private, lovely
garden. Grab a handful of basil, sage, or pick a
pepper from the herb garden, and create a special
gourmet dinner. Another Edgewood treat is the private fire pit, where you may enjoy a secluded,
evening blaze.

 Sky View, is a
separate, second story, suite with sunrise and Seneca Lake views.
The large master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling, with
beautiful half-moon windows that provide spectacular
nighttime star gazing, as well as passing cloud and sky
vistas during daylight hours. There is a large Jacuzzi tub
with a built-in overhead shower. At the west end of the
suite is Duck Watch, an impressive queen bedroom and sitting room; the
perfect setting for a good book and a morning coffee, from
your in-suite coffee & tea bar. Steps from your entrance is
a stairway leading to your own private garden, with all its
privacy and amenities |
Please book early, as these suites
provide a unique blend of romance, privacy, and exclusivity that are
certain to prove popular with our many repeat guests. Weekend and
weekly rentals are available.
Edgewood Rates:
 Weekend rates are $200.00 per night, plus tax, based upon 2
guests per suite. Additional guests (maximum 2) are $50.00 per
person nightly. Rates do not include breakfast; however, a breakfast
in a basket delivery can be arranged, for an additional fee.
Weekday rates(Sunday through Thursday)
are $175 per night, plus tax, based on 2 guests per suite.
Weekly rate is $1,100.00, plus tax, based upon 2 guests, for either
suite.
 Skyview/Duck Watch:
Weekend rates are $200.00 per night, plus tax, based upon 2
guests per suite. Additional guests (maximum 2) are $50.00 per
person nightly. Rates do not include breakfast; however, a breakfast
in a basket delivery can be arranged, for an additional fee.
Weekday rates(Sunday through Thursday)
are $175 per night, plus tax, based on 2 guests per suite.
Weekly rate is $1,100.00, plus tax, based upon 2 guests, for either
