Our daily country breakfasts begin with fresh ground coffees, exotic teas, and the freshest of fruits, juices and pastries.

Savor a truly remarkable frittata, quiche, or strata, complimented by Seneca Springs’ famous gourmet potato casserole, along with sausage, bacon and country ham. Or enjoy home-made blueberry pancakes made with local buttermilk flour. We cook with only the finest and freshest available ingredients. Whenever possible we utilize fresh fruits and vegetables from in and around the Finger Lakes, including fresh seasonings from our own herb garden.

Whatever your planned activities, start the morning with a fantastic breakfast buffet, served at 9 AM, daily at our 1800’s Inn building, or on the veranda overlooking Seneca Lake.
